Some business sayings just stick with you don’t they. The one for me is:
What happens if we spend money training our staff and then they leave? What happens if we don’t invest in training our staff and they stay?
No single person is credited with this saying, but it often crops up in discussions around development and retention of staff and teams.
A lot of the laptops and computers that we supply for training are to businesses and institutions in London. Large employers who throughout the year have cohorts e.g. graduate intake, interns, management development, executive assistants that need short-term access to computing resource to fulfil particular objectives.
These training sessions or meetings may take place onsite at a client’s premises, or offsite at an hotel for example. For us, the London location doesn’t matter.
From our client’s point of view, the requirement is quite simple. They want to be able to walk into the meeting space, with the terminals set-up, tested and ready to go. Our pre-sales team will have agreed ahead of time the type and specification of computer/laptop/tablet required – plus any peripherals etc.
We are used to out-of-hours set-up if that is necessary and the same for break-down as well. The reliability of technology is excellent these days. But we can have a technician on hand and replacement equipment should the requirements of your event deem it necessary. When clients choose Tek Hire (and many come back to us year after year) it the service and peace of mind they are buying from us, alongside the hardware.
We’d the delighted to have the opportunity to provide a quote for your next training day.
