When a delegate arrives at your exhibition/show, they will begin to form a view of the event the moment that they enter the venue. The first touch-point is likely to be the event registration desk.
Event badge printing
We provide a fully managed on-site event badge printing solution for event hosts. We recommend the Epson C3500 label/badge printer. This is a reliable printer, dedicated to the task of printing delegate badges.
This printer benefits from being full colour (or mono), the choice of adhesive or non-adhesive badges and the option to customise the badge with your logo and any event marketing theme.
Both pre-sales and on-site support
Our consultants will help you understand which printer is best suited to your needs. This Epson one featured is ‘top of the class’ and it may be you don’t need one that is ‘all-singing, all-dancing’.
We will deliver and and set-up the printer(s) for you, test them and show you how to use them. If you need us on-hand for the duration of the event, that is fine and we can give you a quote for that. At the end we will carefully pack the printer away so it is in pristine condition for our next customer (which may be you again!)
